IT Services & Support
GCS has a competence center providing IT consulting services, development of IT strategy and IT architecture, preparation of IT service reorganization plan and IT operation processes. Technical support and operation of multivendor IT infrastructure and information systems is provided by more than 200 authorized centers with 24x7x365 uniform quality of support services in all 85 federal subjects of the Russian Federation. The support service has its own warehouse of replacement equipment.
